KCC works in a number of different sectors, each of which provide excellent services to its clients. These sectors include irrigation, infrastructure development, toll industry, real estate and service sector each of which has been briefly mentioned below.
KCC started in the irrigation sector, executing government projects like dams, canals, bridges, and water supply systems. Our work includes projects with Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation, the Kar-River project in Washim, and a medium canal for G.R.B.C.E/W. We were also recognized for our role in finalizing the TURAGONDI canal project.
KCC specializes in infrastructure development, focusing on highway construction. We have bid under BOT and EPC models and are currently executing a HAM project for PWD under NHAI. Our portfolio includes concrete roads for Nagpur Municipal Corporation, road improvements in Wardha, and cement roads in Akola. We have also collaborated with Reliance.
KCC is a trusted name in the toll industry, managing everything from project bidding to operations. We’ve contributed to NHAI tolls in Agra and Patansaongi-Milanpur-Khambara, state tolls in Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani, and Nagar, and toll plazas across South India. Our work also includes vehicle entry tax in Ahmednagar Cantonment and tourist/pollution control tax in Mahabaleshwar.
KCC has vast real estate experience, developing flats, housing, and buildings in Nagpur. We have also executed civil works for warehouses, cold storage. Our projects include roads, drainage, and CD work for MHADA in New Chandrapur, a shopping mall, and a municipal office for Wardha Municipal Council. Key clients include Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) and Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).
